Hollis Demasters: there is alot of competion out there for maintance,,,the crews are large and plenty...got to have the tools for the job,,meaning to keep up you also need a good repair guy...cuz wit! h broke or not running equipment can mean alot of guys standin! g around on the clock ...so first i would find the repair guy...then the equipment and transportation of the crews....so again the MECHANIC guy is your most important employee....carefull to not get a tweeker,,, who tears your stuff up...if your talking weed eat mow and blownot much experience needed but dependable employees is a must...dont overlook females for jobs as some are just as hard working as the men but usually more dedicated to a good employer.....due to so much competion i would also look for a edge like throw in a tree specialist or a pool guy or gal and get those accounts with the lawn that way it would be a one crew job for the homeowner...no pool on wendsday lawn guy friday tree guy next week thing.I cant stress enough the mechanic,,,been on plenty jobs where down equipment costs ....YOU .. ...and know it will happen so have back ups...Show more

Préparer la pâte aux Å"ufs avant de commencer. Battre l’Å"uf avec la farine et une pincée de sel. Ajouter un peu d’eau ou de farine pour former une pâte à frire.

Ajouter un peu de beurre ou d’huile pour parfumer.

Hacher les légumes en petits morceaux.

Couvrir d’eau. Porter à ébullition et cuire jusqu’à tendreté.

Verser le lait. Porter à ébullition, puis retirer du feu.

Réduire le feu à un doux réchauffement. Laisser le riz et les nouilles terminer la cuisson.

Chauffer le lait dans une casserole ou une casserole à fond épais.

Cuire encore quelques minutes. Servir chaud.

Porter à ébullition.

Vérifiez s’il y a une couche épaisse sur le dessus de la soupe. Ajouter le riz. Cuire jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres. Remuer de temps en temps.

Verser la pâte aux Å"ufs dans le lait bouillant en un mince filet.

Verser le lait dans une casserole ou une casserole à fond épais. Ajouter le sel et le sucre.

Servir. La soupe peut être servie sans les légumes, ou vous pouvez empiler les légumes enlevés au centre de la soupe et garnir d’une branche de persil.

Réduire le feu et laisser mijoter doucement. Ajouter le beurre ou l’huile.

Servir chaud. Cette recette est idéale pour nourrir chaleureusement un grand groupe de personnes. Servir avec du pain croûté.

Retirer du feu. Servir.

Épaissir avec de petites quantités de farine de maïs. Ajouter graduellement et remuer constamment jusqu’à ce que le mélange épaississe légèrement.

Ajouter les nouilles lorsque le riz est cuit aux trois qu! arts environ.

Restez près de la soupe en tout temps. Le lait brûle rapidement et nécessite une attention et un brassage constants. Par conséquent, ne quittez pas la zone de cuisson tant que la soupe n’est pas prête lorsque vous préparez des soupes au lait.

Ajouter la farine graduellement. Il faut que ce soit graduel, sinon la farine va former des grumeaux. Remuer constamment pendant et après l’ajout.

Verser l’eau et le lait dans une grande casserole ou une casserole à fond épais. Porter à ébullition. Remuer constamment (pour éviter de brûler).

Déposer les légumes hachés dans la casserole ou la casserole à fond épais.

Égoutter les légumes et les remettre sur le feu. Laisser mijoter doucement.

However I'm a little hesitant as to whether I should continue using the product since foaming of the mouth was not part of the description. Has anyone out there used this product? Suggest You work for a Landscaper for 2-3 years before starting Your own business so You'll know what You are doing.
