Everyone answer please: eyeliner = makeup?

I f you like something like a dress, shirt or anything, it's okay to buy it. Anything but the graphic T's that have ABERCROMBIE written all over them. They make you look 12 normally and they're really unoriginal! I recommend Forever 21, Delia's, Wet Seal, Express, Banana Republic, and any Department Store :) As for makeup, only wear foundation if you have acne or uneven skin. If you only have under eye circles or small spots you'd like to cover up, only wear concealer. If you want to, wear also some blush and mascara. For really natural looking eyes, wear Only two eye shadows; only for your lid, and a really light color to use as a highlight on your brow bone and inner corners (If you don't know exactly where they are, you can google them (: ) For a really natural looking lip colo! r, purchase a lipstick (preferably a matte- the ones that don't have any kind of shimmer in them). I recommend getting a dark red one, but don't apply it as lipstick is normally applied; Pat them ALL over your lips until they look like they're naturally pigmented, don't rub it or else your lips will really look dark red. Shelley Stevens: no makeup means nothing is applied to your face. so no eye liner. no concealer. no cream stuff. none of that. the only thing that isnt considered make up is lip gloss, lip balm or lip moisturizer. so if a girl says she never wear makeup then it should mean she doesnt use eye liner, concealer or anything else of that matter.
