Angel Klym: I live in Italy and here you must prepay for your minutes. For examples if I go and put E50 on my phone they put about E48 on the phone to use. Also here the cell phones are much more reliable then land lines which is why most people have them.This is how most of Europe is. Most Italians dont use internet on the phones and most italians don't even have internet in there houses.
