Cherlyn Tefera: The right way, yes. Startving yourself of nutrients is NOT good. I know someone that was in her late 50's that cut her calorie intake by a lot and died (had other medical problems but one of the reasons in addition to the others caused her to die.)

Sang Hanafin: You have to start slow. Wii Fit is great but don't overdo it. Just start with 30 minutes (or less) of the Wii Fit at a moderate level and stretch before. Buddy Ardd: I currently weigh 101 Im trying to gain 5lbs to impress my doctor so he will let me go. I am eating 2500-3000 cals per day , Its ALL healthy foods with 2-3 servings of fruits AND 2-3 servings of veggies each day and alot of protein and carbs. I am not allowed to workout but i walk/bike to and from school every day. & i have volleyball 2 times a week but its not intense AT ALL(: . Todd Stogner: Listen your body is so starved, you arent going to get fat. Your Dr knows what they are doing. Dont rush the healing process. Work with your dr and get your mind and body right. Ask your Dr if bodyweight training is ok. Im talking about Pushups, pullups, squats, a whole routine. Not cardio, just strength training. If so you can do that and you will gain lean muscle weight.
Raelene Cunnick: I'd try! to exercise more, if I were you.I personally run on the treadmill at least an hour a DAY, at LEAST. And I do around 100 crunches, 50 pushups, and 100 jumping jacks. At least. Daily.And thats bare minimum, somedays I try to do even more.
Ilana Gaster: No ..it's been proven over and over again...eating smaller meals with more vegetables and fruits everyday is better for you..When you diet your metabolism slows down and you don't lose as much as you would with eating the right portions..Plus if you change the way you eat you will be more likely to stick to it rather than dieting.

Davina David: It really depends on the diet...and if she's exercising to go along with that...but sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Most of the time they don't.
