Helen Zafar: Itunes is for apple products only. Windows Media Player or RealPlayer are capable of syncing and can compress or increase the quality of the tracks. On Windows Media Player, you would plug your phone into the computer and click onto the sync tab, drag the tracks into the sync tab and then press Start Sync.
