answers 0:this tues im getting a bridge. Im sooooo scared. I need to know has any one ever got it done and how it felt during and after? did it hurt ? I would go through labor again before going to the dentist I DONT LIKE the dentist . thanksanswers 1:the prepping may be uncomfortable,however after the impressions it should not be too unpleasantanswers 2:I have had two front ones done. No it didn't hurt. The first shot a little uncomfortable but nothing like having childbirth. I didn't need anything for pain after the procedures either. You will be given a prescription for pain anyway in case.answers 3:I had one done about 4 years ago and I didnt think it hurt. If they did all the prepping already and your just going to put the bridge in then it should be a piece of cake. they will apply! the bridge with what they call cement and then put pressure on the bridge until the cement is dried and the bridge is in place. Then they will take the excess cement off of the bridge and clean it up. It will be a little sore to chew on but what I did and it helped was chew some soft gum on that side so it would get use to chewing. Hope this helped.
